Lens of Experience, A Photovoice Project

Over the Summer and Fall, youth from Marin schools (including San Rafael, Novato, Marin School of the Arts, Terra Linda, Redwood, and Branson) partnered with the Youth Leadership Institute to foster productive social change by using their creativity, knowledge and life experience to address issues that affect them: education equity and school and community climate.

These young people used photography and dialog to critically examine their community's assets and needs and are excited to share their powerful images and stories with the community.

Come out to support and engage in the power of youth research through their lens of experience!
