Art Works Downtown rents 37 workspaces, ranging from 100 to 900 sq ft, to artists in all media. Studio rentals range from $150 to $1,000 per month, plus a one-time $200 membership fee and a small monthly facilities charge. Average studios are about 300 sq ft and $350/month.

Multipurpose Room
