Donation to DrawBridge
I recently made a donation to DrawBridge, a local non-profit that provides expressive art programs for homeless and other underserved children. (I know, I know...we're already a non-profit either by virtue of not making any money or by being a 501c3). I donated 10-1/2 gallon jugs of tempera paint gathering dust in my studio. DrawBridge holds art groups at 23 sites; homeless shelters, safe houses, emergency shelters and serves about 900 kids each year. Through art children can find joy and

Any gardeners out there? You know those people obsessed with plants? My friend and neighbor Anita MacAleavey is an avid gardener and photographer. (She's the one person you should always take with you if you plan to attend Bouquets to Arts, the annual fundraiser for the fine arts museums in SF). Anita knows her art and her flora and fauna.
