We house 35 spaces from 1325 to 1337 Fourth Street. Spaces range in size from 85sf to 650sf averaging 315sf. Studio rents vary from $50 to $1000 a month with an average space costing $300 (not including facilities charge.) A $200 membership fee is required of each artist/member. If you are interested in renting a studio, please make sure that we have all your materials for our waiting list file:
