We house 38 spaces from 1325 to 1337 Fourth Street. Spaces range in size from 40sf to 650sf averaging 315sf. Studio rents vary from $50 to $1000 a month with an average space costing $300 (not including facilities charge.) A $200 membership fee is required of each artist/member. If you are interested in renting a studio, please make sure that we have all your materials for our waiting list file:

2. Five duplicate slides or photos that describe your artwork that we can hold for a while, so please do not send original materials.

We strive to include a diversity of artists and media at Art Works Downtown. If your needs are compatible with our philosophy, we will contact you as space becomes available.
